Women in Medicine Project – Funded by PES

Project Leads: Dr Caroline Pon; Dr Shivani Gupta

The project’s initial dinner event featured Dr Caroline Pon and Dr Elizabeth Watt speaking about “Mentoring and Mutual Support”. Forty-six of the 129 female physicians associated with ARHCC attended, the majority meeting each other for the first time despite being part of the community for years. The project continued with kickboxing and yoga events combining physical wellness with socializing.
